FORMATGERIA CAL MÚSIC: located in the rural village of Mujal, one of the smallest in Catalonia that produces goat cheese from its herd located in Balsareny.
MASACHS CABRIANES: family business located in Bages. They produce artisanal dairy products with all the original flavor of their fresh milk.
THE GAVARRESA: The Gavarresa cheese factory, located in Artés, is a small artisan cheese factory that, since the beginning of 2020, has been making cheeses with goat or cow's milk. It makes small quantities and tries to take maximum care of the cheese making and ripening process.
