
Our YOGURTS

To make a good product, all phases must be taken care of, from the production of raw materials such as milk, until it reaches the customer.
Quality starts with the cows' diet, which is very important. They are fed on pastures where they go out in the morning, and organic cereal-based feed that they eat in the afternoon.
The quality of the feed is the best, and together with the fresh grass they will give us great quality milk.
With good nutrition and good care for animals, we will prevent them from being stressed and contracting illnesses.
Then, in the workshop, the yogurts are made through pasteurization and slow fermentation, taking great care with temperatures, and without losing the cold chain.
The production process can take between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the type of fermentation carried out.
The milk in our products comes from farms like the one we present to you here.

Can Roger es una granja situada al municipi de Cardedeu. Es l'única ramadería que queda a Cardedeu i l'única del Vallès amb certificat ecològic.
La història de Can Roger va començar l’any 1830 amb en Sisco Roger i 6 generacions després segueixen treballant, provant i aprenent de l'ofici.
Es recull la llet diariament i s'elabora amb l'objectiu de que sigui el més fresca i bona possible, tot cuidant del benestar animal, i treballant cada dia per a tenir un dels millor productes ecològics.
